But in order to get really good at giving head, you need to practice and get feedback.

And since all guys are different and enjoy different types of stimulation, that feedback is worth it’s weight in gold.

A great way to know if you’re moving in the right direction is simply to ask your man for comments.

How To Deep Throat: Learning Not To Gag

The biggest part of learning how to deep throat is learning not to gag. While this may seem easy, it’s really a skill that needs to be worked on before you actually become good at it.

The main part of unlearning the gag-reflex is to apply will power. If you just keep working on it then eventually it will let go. But that’s not very helpful; so I’m going to share with you two of my favourite tips on getting over the gag reflex.

1. Start Swallowing When You Feel The Gag Reflex. When I say “start swallowing” what I mean is, start making the same motions as you would when you’re about to swallow something. This will alleviate a part of the gag-sensation.
2. Pull Him In With Your Tongue. The second tip I wanted to share with you is to pull him in with your tongue. specifically, when you have him inside you and you feel you can’t take him in further, just extend your tongue and pretend like you’re pulling him further in with your tongue. This is good for two reasons; it will get into your head (power of attraction!) but also, the movement actually opens up your throat and will make it easier for him to slide into your throat.
3. Take It Slowly. Don’t rush yourself; learning how to deep throat takes time. The biggest mistake most women do when it comes to deep throating is that they rush themselves into it. Some have seen pornographic videos or have boyfriends that are overly eager and get persuaded that “that’s how it’s done”. It’s not. Don’t aim to perform like a pornstar the first, second or even the tenth time you’re deep throating; you’ll just end up hurting yourself!
